What people say

Room was good size and clean. Staff unable to speak English, no map available for city on first day and then we were asked on the second day to pay R6.00 (we thought a map or even a photocopy, which should be free of charge to all those staying). Staff very inflexible about breakfast starting time which was 7am - the same time as our pousada-organised tour started. We were sent by staff to a club that had closed down.
