At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

I had requested a room with a modern toilet, they gave us one with a balcony which was almost a mini-garden! - The bed was fabulous, big and comfortable.   I think the Ramada offers brilliant value for money and a facility that is of a high standard relative to other hotels nearby. I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the staff were all very helpful and friendly! I liked that there was a tv in the living room and in the bedroom - very nice touch. It was also a very comfortable bed, which is also not common for Sao Paulo flat services. Luxuriou - The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
