Guarulhos Hotels

Stayed one night at Best Western Panamby in July. The facilities were perfectly fine. Comparable to any Best Western in the US. The shower was especially nice. Liked the wireless internet and the restaurant as well as the free pickup and drop off from the airport. Didn't like the fact that they didn't include breakfast. The only major complaint I have is that the front desk was not very efficient. They had only 3 pillows in the room (for 4 people) so I called the front desk to request an e - Christopher

Very well priced for what it offers: gym, nice breakfast and a spotless room. Breakfast is not included on rate but it's pretty cheap - less than US$ 10/head. Transfer to the airport was very good. I arrived at 2am and after calling the hotel the bus took less than 10 minutes to arrive and less than 10 minutes to drop us at the hotel. Check-in was quick and very cordial - despite the late hour. We stayed at this hotel for one night on a stopover as we were flying in from Manaus and had an outbound international flight the next afternoon. Bus transfer worked fine, but you do have to get yourself to the Terminal two pick-up point. Hotel is only a few minutes from the airport. Queue can build up at reception as new arrivals come in batches. But the reception desk staff were friendly and processed us quickly. No problem getting a later check-out when we asked. The best of the hotels around the airport in Guarulhos by far.....I have stayed here many times overnight and also using the rooms for a few hours before a connecting flight. The rooms are large and clean with good beds. Bathroom have decent amenities and are well looked after. The Marriott feels very dated and run down by comparison The hotel are actually two hotels within the same building Caesar Business and Ceasar Park, the only differences being the size of the rooms and the price. The hotel has a free service bus from the airport which leaves on the hour (go out of airport and turn right and keep walking almost to the end of the pavement & bus stops). The return bus leaves on the half hour and costs 5 Reals which can be paid in cash or added to the room bill - the bus also stops at the nearby Ibis on its way to the airport, so make sure you leave enough time for your trip (about 30 mins).
