Close to the national park of Iguazú and the waterfalls, the airport. Just a short bus ride from both and also close to the Centro of Foz Do Iguaçu. Busses go every 20-or-so minutes in both directions. Staff very friendly and proficient in Spanish and English. Very clean.
The hotel has a taxi service to a reasonable price.

We stayed here to visit the Falls. It is a great location to visit the Brazilian and Argentinian sides. Our standard room was a little smaller than we expected, but good value. The walk-in shower was enormous and had a force which seemed designed to remind you of the Falls! There were pretty big rooms, good service, very helpful English-speaking staff (at reception). Breakfast is very good, also we had a dinner, and it was also nice. From the high floor there is a good view to the city or to the river. For cold weather (it was +3C) they have power conditioners - setting to +26 makes room acceptable.

(Buffalo's - corpses and salad buffet for veggos, music too).
William (spelling?) at the hotel desk couldn't have been more
helpful and efficient! Bus stop to the Falls just round the corner.
