Hotel staff was efficientcient and unobtrusive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything worked fine. Hot chocolate in the afternoon tea was superb. Not sure why the hotel room I stayed had a Japanese theme. It wasn't really in sync with the hotel decoration.
