Weak wifi (only useful outside the room) and poor tv reception (with
no cable).

Very noisy as window panes have 1" gap and our studio was elevated <10m from busy road. Ask for one located furthest from roadway. Otherwise, bring ear plugs if you want to sleep beyond 6:30am when the buses start dropping people off outside.
