Clean, well located, good value for money

Small room, you have to pay in advance and you do not have to check out, but they would give you a receipt only when you leave, so you finally must checkout if you need an invoice or any kind of paper proving your stay. This is unfair.

Good central location and clean facilities. They have a good breakfast buffet that is included in the package.

The room decor is sparten, white and gives off a rather antiseptic cold atmosphere. They do not provide an iron in the rooms but provide a laundry service but not the best option when you have last minute ironing.

It is near everything, in the downtown area New concept

There is no service, you have to go down to the reception and buy frozen food at the reception, then go up and heat it in a microwave oven. The receptionist of the night shift was terrible, completely unprepared and "bad face" it seemed he did not want to be there.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower. Hotel was within walking distance of all the main sights. Nice gym. Breakfast was varied and good. Thiago at reception gave a very friendly, informative and professional welcome.

Only one device at a time allowed to use internet, according to reception staff. Quite a few things on the room service menu were not available, necessitating many to and fro phone calls. Person that took room service orders did not speak English - neither did some reception staff. When we asked to use a phone to cancel a lost/stolen credit card, in not the most friendly of ways, reception staff asked us to find a pay phone or get a phone card.

The location is excellent, close to the government buildings, with taxis always available. Small pool, fitness centre and sauna were great, though the jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast good and the room with kitchenette was excellent for a four-day stay. For the standards of Brasilia (most hotels over-priced with sub-standard service), this is an exception!

The elevators were often overcrowded, with long queues to enter the elevators at certain times. Also the key card stopped working twice.

The hotel is brand new and has excellent facilities. One of the female receptionists was very helpful and kept a smile at all times.

I had requested an early check-in before booking this hotel, which was supposedly accepted. At the front desk by 11 am, this wasn't guaranteed anymore and I could only enter my room around 1pm, which was earlier than the 2pm norm in Brasilia, though.

It's a really nice hotel located in the center of the city, very comfortable fot those who are on a business trip or want to visit the main buildings of the city.

The room was big enought for two men to have space for each. The style was modern and clean

The toilet and sink where clogged and when I told the staff they did not apologize. I was not offered another room and had to wait for 2 hours before it was fixed.

The view from the hotel is amazing. Rooms are spacious and breakfast had a good selection.

The staff on reception were not helpful and even refused to give information about a city tour which was not the one linked to the hotel. Wi-fi was poor and kept cutting off. Our room cards got blocked and it took 3 trips to reception to get them working again.

Excellent cost-benefit relation for the rate we got, specially for the location. But in Brasilia this is not an crucial issue because hotels have to be located in this area. If the price matters, it is an option.

As we stayed for 2 days, there was no cleaning service.
