The private beach was great and Richard the beachtender, was fantastically helpful. After changing from a room that had clearly been smoked in, we gained an upgraded room which was a good size and had a lovely view. The cave attraction. The daytime bell men were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that having emailed the hotel twice prior to arrival on two separate topics, that I never received a reply to either message - therefore being under the impression that my messages had not been read. We personally found the atmosphere in the main area of the hotel (decor, music) more suited to an older customer than us but it was very pleasant.
