I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point. Courteous staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. Clean, modern hotel. Good price.

When the customers come back late at night, would not like toopen the door for the customers. Do not like to live there any more. It's really for people who need to be near the airport. Machinery behind wall only stopped at 430am UNPLEASANT SATFF insisted that I had to go outside check my license plate number (rental) under pouring rain at 9pm before I get my room key, and had to leave all my luggage in the middle of the lobby BREAKFAST starts at 7am so book your flight after 930... THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AIRPORT AREA THAN HOBBIT (TROLL!). Noisy ! We hear everything from other rooms Staff not easy going. Staff don't like to change their habits; Very strict. Not possible to get breakfast before 7 a.m., this is not acceptable for an Hotel near an airport.
