The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was simple but clean and had enough room for a couple with two small children (triple room). The breakfast buffet was good. The location just 100 metres from the beach and with plenty of food outlets nearby was great. A good hotel for a short stay with kids. Location was just great,the Hotel is hardly 100m from the beach and in the nearby gives ample of shopping and eating opportunities. The Hotel is also not far from the train station,could be reached walking. The staff was also supportive. Overall its value for money.

Close to the sea and the city center. very cheap breakfast ok :). It was difficult to find a place to stop outside the hotel to offload and repack the car as the street the hotel is on was very busy. So if you have a lot of luggage keep that in mind. Breakfast could have been better. The shower cabin is very narrow due to it's odd shape. Needs a paint job on the outside. Poor wifi. I think we might have been put in a double room for single occupancy as we had bathroom door. No problem being a couple so i didnt ask to move for only 2 nights but did see other rooms with couple in, which were a little larger with bathroom doors. Possible booking was last minute and the room type was all that was available which is why it was reduced on letsbookhotel.com. There was no door in the bathroom...only the one like in a "saloon", so basically no privacy in the shower/toilet. Breakfast could have some pastry: croissants, pains au chocolat etc. Ah, and it is very early: 7:30 - 9:30. On Sunday morning that is hard:) But in general was okay. Breakfast was cramped had to share tables with others. Shower basin was quite high up (not recommended for elderly or disabled). No tea / coffee facilities in the room - but was included with breakfast room rate. A bit mold smell in the room. Misserable night staff. some of the staff was not so friendly and helpfull. Very old customers. No wifi except on ground floor. swing doors on bathroom!!!. Ensuite had 1/2 height swing doors so using toilet was not very private. Room 313. This would stop me staying at this hotel again. Otherwise everything else about the hotel was very good.--. -no door between bedroom and bathroon; no privacy in the bathroom -noise from neighbours, probably bad sound insulation -unfriendly breakfast lady; served 2 juice options dilluted with water, and when challenged about it, she admitted but didn't want to change both juices, only one of them. Be careful! Rooms at the back of the hotel have NO daylight at all. Window looks out to stairway and wall. We had to pay before seeing the room. Room tiny, no changes of sheets in a week, breakfast poor. Tired furnishings and worn carpet. Very small room with no views. The whole hotel is like it is stuck in the 70s. Thin walls - you will hear all talks your neighborhoods. small room, old and not too much clean bathroom. Non smoking room had a bad cigaret smell, also the bed and sheets. We have found cigaret buts under the bed. Everything else was fine. Grubby hotel, in need of a full refurb though the public rooms did not look bad, the standards dropped as soon as you got into the lift. 'The cleaners did their best but in our room was mould and damp by the window. Sorry but would not recommend this hotel at all. Also no parking. £22 per 24 hours to park near by. Very, very poor hotel. Shabby, shabby, shabby.... and stale. Wifi did not work during our stay. I will not recommend this hotel. the rooms were too small the bathrooms were too small.
