Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Visiting new-born grandson in Mortsel so hotel in great position for us as near to family. Handy for tram. Helpful friendly staff. We were there for both Business & Leisure. Walking distance from our family members, so the location for us was great. Near to shops, restaurants and public transport. Adult, service minded and friendly personnel. Freshly soft-boiled eggs for breakfast.
