In order to check in, guests need to bring the access codes they will receive from the accommodation by e-mail 2 days before the date of arrival. Please note that baby cots are provided for only on request upon the initial booking. Cleaning costs are included in the price of your stay. However, please note that if the accommodation is left in an excessive state of dirtiness the property will charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50-100. Please note that in case of damage, an extra fee of minimum EUR 150 will be charged. If the guest chooses to smoke inside the accommodation an extra fee of EUR 100 will be asked for. Pets are not allowed. In case this rule is not followed, the property will charge an additional EUR 100 fee.
