The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible. When our baby got sick, all three front-desk staffers weresimultaneously on their cell phones, calling doctors, pharmacies, andfriends who had babies (and might therefore know something about whathappens when a baby gets sick). They were amazing!. easy parking, helpful staff, good breakfast included.

There was no treadmill which was a disappointment especially as the gym was the main reason for choosing this hotel over others.Missed the shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast needs to be refilled more often. When we went for breakfast there were few choices as most of the things were empty. Mattrasses in the Executive room were bad. Make sure you get to breakfast in time, as bread and other items may run out in the end.Loud neighbours, traffic. The window couldn't be sealed compleatly, so it was pretty cold during the nigt.People, you need to refurbish! You cannot charge what you're charging for a hotel that screams 1970s. For this kind of money it might be acceptable to have airco in the rooms. Very noisy outside. Extremely warm in the rooms. No possibility to open window in a proper way.
