  Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. The friendly and comfortable ambience.

  I have stayed at Ibis hotels many times before. Always a good time, but this time the Hotel really impress. The size of the room, against the normal Ibis network was huge and the staff very pleasant. Congratulations - Location was excellent and the room was very good value.

  The hostel was literally opening the day to arrive so the owners were a bit rushed to ensure things were in place for our arrival but they were very friendly and apologised for the mess and rish of things. The hostel is very very central and very well setup. The rooms are nice with their own kitchenette and nice bathrooms. The hostel is very secur... what people say » e with card access only after hours. No internet access when we were there as it was being connected but the WiFi signal was good on the top floor so - This hostel is brand new - I had to take the price stickers off my cup & plate! FANTASTIC!!! Really great host, Tom, was friendly & helpful even though he was juggling temporary "teething" problems with cards & systems. Rooms are good size, well furnished, good bathroom, kitchen sink, fridge, & 2 burner stove, and good heating. I had planned to stay 1 night but extended to 3!

  Central location,very well appointed and comfortable, good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a room overlooking courtyard which was very quiet - The staff is very customer centric, the loft where we stayed was amazing and the location is excellent

  Excellent location to old city. We have stayed here before and was our 1st choice for this trip. This is not a modern hotel but is absolutely charming as soon as you enter. - it is an amazing hotel, full of character, close to the centre and very very old
