Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. I personally only booked rooms for my boss/colleagues to stay sounfortunately did not stay myself. However, I am told that this hotel isabsolutely superb, the staff are very friendly and the executive suite'sare quite simply 'stunning' . Would have no hesitation in recommendingthis hotel and they can't wait for the opportunity to return! Superb! -

We liked everything about the hotel: forthcoming and courteous staff, beautifully designed and appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. The room was stunning, with lovely wooden furniture and a really traditional feel to it. Breakfast was very good. Sauna, sunbed and an antique bath were incredible and unexpected extras.
