Friendly staff and a very reasonable breakfast. The room was clean and although the view was bad, I would say it was excellent value for money. Bar prices were reasonable. - I booked this hotel due to the price, £63 for a twin room for 2 nights. Couldn't believe the price. Was totally amazed. Excellent hotel, cleanliness, location etc.

The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat.

Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.
