The service staff were attentive and friendly. I have worked in management for a large hotel chain, and can honestly say the people working at this hotel were far better service professionals than what you might find in a five star hotel. The hotel does not have a dining room ( it has a self serve cafeteria) or a pool, but for most travellers, this is not an issue. I was most impressed by the pet friendly policy!
