The hotel is an attractive, nicely restored mansion that is close to train station ( walk in 15 minutes) and the tram or bus to get to the old city is only a block away. Take tram 4 from the train station if you do not want to walk to the hotel. Get off at the 3rd stop then walk one block.

The reception by the staff was very friendly and informative. The
building was fancy and the rooms are large. The hotel is situated in a
large mansion which used to be a number of things in the past and is
nicely transformed into a (mere) fifteen room accommodation. The king-
sizey bed was excellent and the bathroom was nice.
We also had a great time in the City of Ghent, which we had a nice walk to (about 20-30 minutes) and returned from by tram. There are a number of cheap public transport op

We stayed here on a one night stop-over on route to Germany. The hotel
reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - a really
charming women. For 10 Euro we got secure parking in the hotel's
private courtyard - very convenient when staying in the centre of town.

The breakfeast is a litle bit expensive, but good, serve in a irish pub, very tradicional.
