The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. This was definitely good value for money, me and my daughters (18 and 21)

This hotel is a great value for the money. A good breakfast buffet is included. The location of the hotel is perfect as you can walk to all the important sights and there are lots of good restaurants within 7-8 blocks. Free WiFi worked well outside of the room and in the lobby but not in the room. We had two rooms and they were both nice and clean.

The furnishings were well maintained and we had plenty of towels and soaps to use. We arrived at the hotel around 8 am which is way before the regular check-in time but we were checked in and given our keys and our room nonetheless (we notified them of the situation when we booked). To a weary traveler who had spent 2 weeks already on the road, that was heaven and we are very grateful. The hotel breakfast is substantial. The bathroom is relatively huge. It is very near the transportation stop, and all around are restaurants and commercial establishments.
