  On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. We returned around 4pm and were directed to our room, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfy :-) We had read a few conflicting reviews about the hotel when booking and I have t... what people say » o say (having worked in 5 star hotels in the UK for 15 years) I could not fault a thing! If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.

  It was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.... what people say » The beds were very comfortable. - Great location on the square within walking distance of many points of interest. I intend to stay at the Grand Sablon whenever I happen to be in Brussels. A huge plus was the weekend special, which made it very affordable. Comfortable, spotless, staff very accommodating.   Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find! - size of rooms and cleanliness; central location but it was still quiet; friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

  What a brilliant design/boutique hotel! The attention to detail was significant. The design was top dollar. The staff were great. Be Manos worked out that the secret to relieving you of you hard earned cash was to do it with a smile. So many establishments claim to be 5* these days and are let down with the cheapness and shoddyness of their of thei... what people say » r products. Their restaurant is cool! - Be Manos was unlike any other hotel I had stayed in. The decor was fab, and the service was outstanding. We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.
