Very nice hotel, helpful and charming personel, fitness room with not so many equipments as the sporty people would desire, but nice that it was there (we used it !), sauna and hammam!, room was very clean and gorgeous!-al in all I would give all 5 stars for this hotel. Recommend other people to stay in this hotel if they ever visit Kortrijk:-). The staff were very welcoming, polite and efficient, and everything about the hotel is done to a high standard - it is splotlessly clean. Our room was beautiful. Everything was exactly as it should be; nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Hotel Messeyne comes with our highest recommendation.

We arrived very late so tea making facilities in our room would have been good but the night receptionist was so obliging she made us tea and produce a cheese platter for us!. On arrival staff should warn client about the possibility of mosquitos if the windows are left open and lights switched on. Very difficult to drive to owing to very confusing one-way streets.parking was small and full, bud on the website the promised more then enough space. Some people after having enough drinks did not understand others wouldlike to sleep during the night, but this has nothing to do with thehotel itself.Lack of mirror lights in bathroom (for make-up). Difficulty to find due to closed off roads around the city. Service was surprisingly slow during dinner but this was due to a chef being away. All handled well by the hotel but not something that should happen at a busy holiday period. Very bad access to the hotel due to road works; personnel was not able to explain the other way to the hotel.
