Hotel l'Ermitage is a typical guest house in the Ardennes. It is situated in a beautiful natural surroundings along a small romantic road which links Houffalize Laroche en Ardenne with a garden overlooking the river Ourthe. The hotel has a famous restaurant called Le Bistro des Saveurs, where the Chef prepares excellent fish specialities, mushrooms from the forests, asparagus and game of the season. There are gourmet weekends as well as options for half board. The hotel has a nice terrace.

Absolutely beautiful area, very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with an antique feel and modern bathroom. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel l'Ermitage. The service was good and the food was excellent. I would recommend and would we stay there again.I like the mountain scenary, stream and general location. Pubs nearby.Nice people. Clean, safe, friendly. Very friendly family run hotel. It was cosy and quaint. Food was very good.
