the ibis hotel was great i was in a large group and they were very accomadateing it is very centered and the staff were very nice. Pleasant helpful staff - facility to leave bags after checking out.Its close proximity to the tram service which stopped right outside the door. Friendly staff. Room cleanliness.It was clean, quiet, on good location, the staff was ready to give information when asked.

Yes, design and finish to the corridors upstairs - grotesque 'external' finish lends a disturbing link at odds with foyer and rooms. Maybe designed to stop people hanging around! Also excessive noise from flushing of neighbouring room wc (back to back plumbing?). As with many hotels in Europe nowadays, doors make a horrible clank noise when they shut. Something about fire safety I believe, still will need a solution one day.That breakfast was not included in the hotel price. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I realy dont think so, though one could easily hear noises on the corridor while I am in the room but did not bother me. The breakfast is too expensive. small parking spaces. Whilst having a secure underground carpark for normal cars, there is no parking in the immediate vicinity for overheight vehicles which cannot enter the underground carpark. Finding suitable overnight parking was difficult. The hotel could provide tea and coffee making facilities in room.It is unfortunate that toiletries were not provided (as is now standard in most hotels and as we have been used to in previous occupancy of other Ibis hotels in the UK). There were also no facilities for teamaking in the rooms and. given the poor exchange rate with the euro, the breakfast price seemed expensive. Bathroom accessories -soaps, shower acps, etc could be more generous forthe money paid! Parking a bit steep. Receipts showed continentalbreakfast included in the pice even if we did not take any breakfast(too pricey). Missed the sign for the Hotel Car Park. The heat regulation of the room was bad. There was no place to put the cloth, so it had to be in the suitcase all the time. I do think that the rooms a rather small especially for two people - the beds cannot be pushed apart and we are not all married couples!!. Breakfast was over priced!. Unpleassant smell when I entered the hotel ! draining system ???. 13eur for breakfast is too much for the quality and choice offered. Room was equiped for disabled people, not really what you hope to find.small room, very narrow 'double' bed, bed right against wall, not possible to pay with bank card. Garage / parking space / price.
