The children slept comfortably on a pullout couch which converted into two twin beds. The bedroom had two single beds which, unfortunately, were quite firm and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, being - Everything. The best hotel we've visited in a long time. Best location fo touring brussels, a walking distance from all main atractions and the central train station + a metro station right beneath. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room (unless you ask and pay for it) but

  I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both ... what people say » a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
