  On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. We returned around 4pm and were directed to our room, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfy :-) We had read a few conflicting reviews about the hotel when booking and I have t... what people say » o say (having worked in 5 star hotels in the UK for 15 years) I could not fault a thing! If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.

  It was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.... what people say » The beds were very comfortable. - Great location on the square within walking distance of many points of interest. I intend to stay at the Grand Sablon whenever I happen to be in Brussels. A huge plus was the weekend special, which made it very affordable. Comfortable, spotless, staff very accommodating.   Honestly I loved absolutely everything about my stay at Pullman Brussels Midi. The room, the breakfast, the ambiance (exquisite interior decoration and design), the hotel in its totality. There were so many things that were complementary( Excellent Wifi, Premium Movies on Demand for free, Free Drinks in the mini bar re stocked daily, Sauna free en... what people say » try) and as if all this wasn't good enough I was allowed to check out of my room hours later than the original check out time. Very friendly, professi - Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

  It impressed me in the first place because of great and very nice design. It was comfortable, clean, staff was very nice and helpful, food was excellent ... I like the green action (if you don't want your room to be cleaned every day, they aprriciate this by giving you a voucher). The eco-friendly character of the hotel is an added value in itself. It was my first stay and I was very positive surprised by the fact that one hour free use of internet is included in the room rate and I could also print my boarding pass for free. I will try to book this hotel in the future.

  The location of the hotel was great- very close to the station, though I did go out the wrong door and get lost for a while. Oh well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did arrive early and was happy to leave my luggage and go for a walk, but no they found me a room immediately and I was soon settled in. My room was - The hotel is very near to Brussels Central Station . When I reached this station , there are lack of signage in English and no free map is available at station ,which its slight difficult for me to find the hotel location for the first time . On the second day , we goes around the Brussels Central tourist attraction . It's very convenient because the hotel is located within walking distance to these tourist attraction . You will not get lost when you walk around . Just in case you are lost ,

  Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful. ... what people say » NB We chose this hotel because we have had previous excellent experience with NH hotels in Spain. - I always stay at this hotel when I attend a conference at the RAI and it is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.
