If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.

  Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.
