  Its location is very good, close to the centre (Grand Place), many restaurant in the vicinity, close to the railway station Central, the staff is helpful, the rooms are big enough, afer one has left the room, one can leave the luffage in the hotel until departure.   The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

  What a brilliant design/boutique hotel! The attention to detail was significant. The design was top dollar. The staff were great. Be Manos worked out that the secret to relieving you of you hard earned cash was to do it with a smile. So many establishments claim to be 5* these days and are let down with the cheapness and shoddyness of their of thei... what people say » r products. Their restaurant is cool! - Be Manos was unlike any other hotel I had stayed in. The decor was fab, and the service was outstanding. We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.

  Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room. Free internet and breakfast were also a plus. - Very good central situation near a main shopping area, great hotel with very comfortable rooms (ensuite bathroom) and great breakfast.

  Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. A welcome decision, which made... what people say » our stay even more comfortable than it would have been otherwise. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.... what people say » The beds were very comfortable. - Great location on the square within walking distance of many points of interest. I intend to stay at the Grand Sablon whenever I happen to be in Brussels. A huge plus was the weekend special, which made it very affordable. Comfortable, spotless, staff very accommodating.
