  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. There were not many facilities, but there were compute... what people say » rs to use free of charge. - The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

The lower priced rooms are very good value for money. They are large with all the facilities such as iron, hair dryer, safe, coffee making facilities fridge and TV. The staff are very friendly and attentivewilling to help with tourist information if needed. My wife and I have stayed there twice now and would totally recommend it.   I recently stayed in your hotel over the weekend of the 16/17th March. I was very impressed by the facilities and convenient location for the train station and market on Sunday. I was also impressed by one of your members of staff called Denise (who I believe is Dutch). I work for East Coast trains in the UK. We pride - The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.

We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.... what people say » The beds were very comfortable. - Great location on the square within walking distance of many points of interest.
