  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. Be Manos worked out that the secret to relieving you of you hard earned cash was to do it with a smile. Their restaurant is cool! - Be Manos was unlike any other hotel I had stayed in. The decor was fab, and the service was outstanding. We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.

  The location of the hotel was great- very close to the station, though I did go out the wrong door and get lost for a while. Oh well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did arrive early and was happy to leave my luggage and go for a walk, but no they found me a room immediately and I was soon settled in. If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.
