The hygiene was very poor (the toilet hasn't been cleaned for a while). There was an unpleasant smell (probably from the sewers) all over the building.
The apartment was not good, too much light in the bed room and kitchen not working, watercooker was dirty. The cleaner said the electric man wanted to come in the evening but until the last day he never show up !! No lift, the stair was small and dark, you have to pay more than 15 euro to park car outside ( on their site only 2 euro ).
