Nice breakfast and very good view. Location is fantastic, near Grand Place but can be difficult to locate if not sure of the place. I arrive by taxis and cost me 9 Euro from Brussel Midi Station. Front Office is very helpful !. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Grand Place area of Brussels and it is well appointed with comfortable rooms and large beds.This hotel is in a perfect location for central Brussels with walking distance to train station and use of buses and trams.

The are round the hotel was very, very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights through until 4am (Sunday night was fine). There was also a "swingers" club 2 doors down the street and a lapdancing club 4 doors away. This does not give off a good impression of the hotel.On approaching the hotel, maybe thinking it did not look much from the outside but once inside was greeted with a very pleasant reception and bar area. Got a different room, our shower didn't drain well at all. WiFi connection was not very reliable. Difficulty finding exact address. The room was clean, but you can see some black spots (probably from some kind of fungus) in the bathroom. In our room was an extra bed, it was very small - smaller then normal bed ( in case you need to use it). The choice in the breakfest could be better - apple juice was undrinkable and coffee also could be better. But in other wise I would recommend this hotel to the other travelers. "Smoking" rooms not recommended. The check in time should be earlier than the existing one. They should cooperate with the nearby parking garages, in order to provide the hotel customers with fixed price all day pass tickets, charged directly to the room account and not to the garage.1) Only 2 elevators which made for slow movement 2) the corridors smelled of cigarette smoke which is very unpleasant 3) no non- smoking rooms. I asked for non-smoking room but there was historical tabacco smell. Abnsence of a guide to the available television channels. The lifts are a bit aged. The breakfast a tad boring. Pity there wasn't a facility where one couple make a cup of tea without having to go to the bar and order it.It would have helped to have directions to the car park as we wasted an hour trying to approach the hotel through an impenetrable one way system only to find that we had kept driving past the place where we needed to park. Location, busy street, noisy at night especially when having room at the first floor. Refregirators and facilities for making tee/coffee in the room would be good idea. Also, more attention sould be paid to the clearness of the bed sheets. The price for staying three days, about 750 euros, is rather large. I do realize that this price is in line with the price of many comparable hotels, but I cannot give high ratings for value for money. Again, this is not speciel for this hotel.
