Liked everything and cannot fault a thing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would def recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Brussels. Its a 5/10 minute walk from everywhere. We loved it!! :)

What's the bad- it's about 10-15 min to walk till the main square which can be freezing in bad weather

A comfortable room with a climate control system that works. Friendly staff and a central location. Plenty of power points for computer and phone and a free WiFi. A lot of very good plus points for this hotel. With several restaurants within easy distance there is no need for dining facilities within the hotel itself so I did not see this as a problem.
