Great room, comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Double bath!! Parking was conveniently situated. Breakfast was spent talking to other guests, very pleasant. We found it easy to walk around and quickly found the way to the Grand Place. Very friendly staff, vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants but once inside, an Oasis of calm. Beautifully decorated and designed.
Very cool design, room was beautiful, breakfast was great and nice to eat around the table with other guests. Lots of original artwork on the walls but still a very clean modern feel. They were helpful in finding something to eat nearby.all reviews »
Nice staff nice rooms. If u check out The Hotel on Google streetview u only See a wooden door. Dont be concerned, The Hotel (such as an otherone) is in The backyard. Parking on public streets is free from 9pm to 9am.
Perfect friendly stuff! I read before about the dangerous neighborhood, but we totally enjoyed diversity of the city. there is a police station nearby, and the very center is reached by walking. 100% recommended :).
The room was very big, new and well designed, although it was placed on ground level. The location is very lively and close to everything. We didn't take breakfast at the B&B, but it looked great.
It is great location, nice stuff, large rooms with 2 bathrooms and very comfortable bed. I didn't take the breakfast but i saw it was veeery good. I totally recommend this place.

interior design, picturesque surrounding (it seemed quite friendly although some would have a different opinion), close to important sites, large carefully planned room and facilities, all day and night access to tea/coffee, fairly good relation money-value.
The design of the room was excellent, spacious and well laid-out.
TV didn't work and there seemed to be a problem with getting the technician (although I only asked about it once and there a separate lounge available where I could have watched something if I had wanted to). Also slightly inconvenient to only be able to pay in cash, though good communication about this in advance.
It's a large room so heating should be a little bit stronger when it's winter.

no staff around till 8 am (but when they are available they are really nice and helpful)- one has to prepare their own breakfast from products in the fridge, explicitly ask for bread, ask for towel change, toilet paper; TV practically not working.
(1) No problem wanting cash on arrival but had no change for a sum of
89 euros. (2) Had to chase for the invoice as the owner
wasn't present when we checked out. (3) Need a better rod for
the shower curtain as it kept slipping. (4) Taps in shower
installed upside down.
