Very spacy apartment in the center of town. The building is being renovated mainly at the entrance door which is a bit hidden. Nespresso machine was a nice surprise, well equipped kitchen and perfectly working wifi. Could be good for a few days stay. The apartment was excellent and very warm as it was minus 5 at night. The location is excellent only a few minutes from The Grande Place. Travelled to Bruges on the train from Central Station which is only a few minutes away on foot.

There is plenty of space and the household equipments are also fine. Location is very good, big rooms, high ceilings, very nice big bathtub, practical kitchen. Entrance to building is a bit hidden; you need to set up appointment for time of arrival with the owner who does not reside there. There is nothing we did not like but maybe a microwave would be useful. An ironing machine would have been good. Being a private appartment, the "registration process" is not like in a hotel. Needed to agree an exact time for check in. This is just informative, not an issue. The "financial" aspects not run often well. Unfinnished details as towel and soap at toilet, dishwashing detergent and towel, shower located outside the shower screen, missing hangers in the bathroom, no wardrobe. Appartment was a bit cold, noise from wood flooring above, vibrations from down passing metro. No room cleaning. Not enough wardrobe space and the shower area is not well separated from the rest of the bathroom, resulting in wet floor. Bit of confusion over the check in time. Management is non existst and very difficult to contact Little or no info re: check in and payment Unresponsive to email Owner opened the door and came in unannounced twice. We'd enjoyed our stay very much until we received our creditcard statement which showed 'double charges' for our stay. I had sent email to notify this mistake via email to the owner, but haven't get any answer until now(it has been 3 weeks since we'd left the flat). I contack my credit card company to claim this, and it is under process at this point. We're very disappointed with this, so we cannot recommend this apartment to anyone!. Service is non-existent, getting access to building was very complicated and a royal hassle, there's no reliable communication with the management of this apartment, therefore it can be frustrating to make any arrangements of any sort, the furniture was smelly and we could tell there was only minimal cleaning.
