  They are good organized. We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation). Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment. The design ins - When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro

  The hotel is well situated and amongst one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The rooms are well appointed with the bathrooms being outstandingly clean.   Absolutely everything! Our rooms were very spacious, clean and actually looked like the pictures on the website! Our hosts were incredible and we would highly recommend staying at the Bonobo for families because of the extra space. The breakfasts were very good, location is great - we walked from the train station with our luggage with no proble... what people say » ms and were very close to the main areas of town. - This hotel was one of the best that I've ever stayed. The service was excellent. The manager took a keen interest on ensuring that any questions were answered and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brugge. Great location too! Parking in the lot was also a very nice feature. Rooms were very large and nicely decorated.

  Our apartment was very small but well-equipped even to having cleaning products supplied. It is close to the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. For us, coping with all the cobblestones was not easy. A supermarket and a BNP bank with wonderful staff, are close by. Erik was friendly and welcoming. We must thank him for his hospitality! - The location was good since restaurants, cafes and grocery shops were all within an easy walking distance from the apartment. the attractions were also close to the apartment.
