  Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, very clean and nice bathroom on the ground floor, breakfast was ok, good location - 15 min. walk to Markt/city centre, city tour for free for hostel clients, great bar downstairs and nice atmosphere. I stayed in a 10 bed dorm, which was half empty my whole stay. The facilities of this section of the hotel (since it's divided in two) were almost new, and very clean. The bar has great atmosphere.

  I found the staf friendly and helpful. I found the building very cosy and I liked its narrow stairways and corridors. The place has character, in keeping with the "Olde Worlde" character of the city itself. The pub/restaurant area had a nice atmosphere, a great place for winding down with a few beers after a strenuous day of sightseeing. Great staff All the travellers were really cool, no dodgy characters. The rooms are not bad, I had a private bathroom in mine.
