Everything and I'm not exaggerating. The review score on letsbookhotel.com is 9.6 so far for a reason, because this place is truly amazing. The location is perfect as it is right next to the canal with the Church of Our Lady right across from the canal. Quiet and pretty neighborhood, with a Michelin restaurant right across from the cobble stone street. The hotel itself is antique-style, but has 5-star-hotel facilities. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included is brill.

Our room shared that same romantic feel as the rest of the building and contained everything we needed + more. Lyne, the hostess proved to be extremely helpful, attentive and a genuinely lovely lady. Ve. Everything was perfect. The owner takes care of all people. This is an excellent and well kept place to stay in Bruges. Near all majors historic and cultural locations. The breafast was more than expected: very high quality and good. The room was very confortable as well as the main boudoir: fire place... Fantastic reception - the hostess was more than friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, you get all you need in the bathroom. And finally the breakfast is served at the time you like and is very tasty and fresh. I guess the only thing you can complain about is that during the day, the boat tour passes by outside the window from time to time (my room faces the canal) and it can be a little noisy. It's not really a big issue though because I'm out anyway. Besides, the boat tour only starts around 10-11 am, and will stop around 6-7pm. Nothing. None. Nothing!.
