The service was excellent - a birthday cake was produced when the check in staff discovered it was one of our group's birthday. Our room was very quiet, the staff were helful and the decorations in the old parts of the hotel were wonderful.   I like the staff which has a very good attitude and are friendly. Their english should be better, but we could manage it. The desing of the hotel is wonderful and there is always being played some kind of chill out music what we appreciate a lot. Of course it´s possible to turn it off. - The decoration, Middle Eastern style looked good
