When WiFi didn't work in the first apartment we were moved to the another without any problems. And second apartment looked better. The staff is friendly. Location near metro (both apartments). We ordered a transfer at 5 am, very nice woman was bringing us to the airport. So the transfer was great. In general it was OK. The appartment quality was quite good. The location is in the downtown of Minsk. Very quite place and comfortable. Tea and coffe was included in my appartment. Very good for travelling with a family.

Everything is based on trust. Neat and cosy place. Very good accomodation, clean,cozy. Convenient location. Situation of the apartment, value, design. Good service and nice and clean flat. Your own apartment in an apartment building. A decent two person bed, two decent lounge chairs and small walk in closet. Metro/ subway, cafe, money exchange and small grocery store around the corner. The apartments were warm and comfortable, in the center, near to a metro station. Owner came to meet us at 2 A.M. Near the metro station. Clean inside. Near the TSYM mall. Wifi. Good position. The apartment was next to the metro and a shopping center. First apartment: The door and lock looked like it was broken (to enter) many times. We were scared to sleep, as we had unsafe feeling Tv was working, but without sound. It was impossible to close the windows. The bed was for 2, but blanket was only for one - around 1,50m. Second apartment: The house itself was very old, no elevator and the apartment on 5th floor. I have the invoice and contract but not the receipt, could be some troubles with the accounting department. As an improvement idea: For being a new in town, it would be possible to get more out of the visit if we were given a brochure/briefing about the different happenings, nice bars etc. Also possibility to get/buy a mice big town map would be nice touch. Not easy entrance. Non friendly stuff, additional extra fee (non official) for late check-in, problem with pay by card. Bathroom and bathtub wasn't really cleaned enough. There were no drapes to block out the sunlight. For BLR living standards it is a bit expensive, but all stays are expensive in Minsk. The entrance was awfully dirty, it was scarying at night. room had very big smell of smoked cigaretes, this smell is very strong and could not be ventilated. The shower broken. No towels for hand. No carpet in the douche room, very slippery. No elevator. Far from the center of the city walking 20 minutes. We got only one small and dirty blanket size for one person. Pillow very very cheap, and one night neckake. The most important! Be careful with this company coz you choose a a flat by photo and u pay more and they give another thing at all! Don't believe the photos. No toilet napkins. In general we paid to much for nothing. Bad service of the staff. Charged more than the estimate of 50 eur letsbookhotel.com with the excuse of the Belarusian ruble exchange. Dispute with complaints. It was not the first time that I rented an apartment with Aparton but this time, the apartment should have not been classified as Deluxe. The shower was dirty with mould and grime. The TV picture quality was bad. The apartment was on the street level in a building under renovation with much noise. Apartments are also usually better equipped.
