Very friendly and nice host couple, great location. Spacious apartment with three rooms, a toilet and a bathroom, excellent for us (2 adults w 2 kids (11,14). Included in the stay was the Zell/Kaprun card, which among other things gave us free access to cable cars, etc. We estimated that we saved €500 during our week in Zell. We will certainly recommend Andrea to our friends!. The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely! We would absolutely stay here again.
all reviews » Very good hotel with free parking facilities . Was very happy With the stay . Lake just 5 min walk from the hotel. We got an option of room with kitchen and we happily took it. Owners are fantastic and very helpful and love kids . Highly recommended for budget families . Very nice location relative to the down town area. I enjoyed my stay at pension Andre and have nothing to criticise. The location is absolutely perfect, genuinely a short walk to the ski lift and ski bus to Kaprun. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were freindly. Capron summer card allowed us to save up to 45 % from hotel cost when we utilized it for tour tickets and some bus travels. Location was excellant and wifi was free. Sandra was a wonderful host and was extremely flexible with our requests. She really bent over backwards to help us out and contributed to us having a great holiday!. Hotel owner was friendly and good breakfast. Wifi only available in breakfast room, 3pm check in strictly enforced (but that's only a problem if you turn up early on your bike like I did). Wifi no signal inside the room. You have to go to the second floor to get good signal. No wi fi in my room. Beak fast was the same every day. Wireless service was spotty. Didn't stay so no comment. Would like to stay longer. nothing. Nothing. Somewhat old, and this didn't affect us but a balcony was promised for the room but wasn't there. The room was very dated and there was a strange smell. breakfast modest. Breakfast - surprisingly poor, nearly nothing to eat. Bathroom - old, without any toiletries, except piece of soap. No any service, except giving/ taking back keys; no reception. Complimentary wifi is rather theoretical option - it just doesn't work. Rooms are too simple and not cozy. Basic and overpriced place. Too close to road, very loud. thin curtains so too bright. i slept for 4 hours in 2 days.
