The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful (Eva was especially great!). We loved the view of the lake and mountains from our room and balcony. The hotel location was very convenient to the town and noise from the nearby train was not bothersome. Since we had to leave early on our last day they arranged for an early breakfast for us and another couple. When we come back to Zell am See this hotel will be our first choice. They made our stay wo.
