  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise ... what people say » was that they gave us even bigger apartment as we booked, it was clean and comfortable, with enough strong WI-FI and with a very comfortable bed and p - Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz- U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from the apartment.

  Our stay was absolutely the best we had in Europe - fantastic! The apartment is huge, absolutely new, crystal clean and sunny, with everything you could need during your trip and even more. The location is excellent - a very short walk to Schoenbrunn Palace (which you must not miss on your visit to Vienna) and so easy to get to the - What an amazing place! The apartment truly fulfilled our expectations - it was very clean, stylish and extremely comfortable. The location was peaceful and close to amenities such as supermarkets or metro stations. The layout of the apartment worked for us brilliantly (2 couples and 2 young children) and we all had more than enough space there, including storage. The apartment comes with a large balcony which was great for chilling out in the evenings during hot days. The owner was professional

  We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern. The room was very large with wide windows from which we could view the rooftops of the entire Inner Stadt, including the cathedral and town hall which are lit up brilliantly... what people say » at night.
