We liked almost everything. The main room, the bathroom are pretty and big. The kitchen has all you need: a lot of dishes + microwave oven + toaster + coffee maker. In the additional little room there was a good washing machine. Everything was clean. The rooms are quiet enough.

Good location (across the road from U-bahn station, i.e. subway). Good and friendly stuff. We had some problem because on the first day our floor was cleaned very early, at 7 a.m. I asked not to use vacuum cleaners before 8 a.m.. And it was possible, we weren't waked up by vacuum cleaners any more! Rather good breakfast. So great value for money.

The hotel is very well located, just opposite the entrance of the metro
"Alser Strasse". You can easily reach the centre also with
tram no. 43, which brings directly to the Ring in less than 10 minutes.
There is also free wi-fi. The price is very competitive, also during
Easter holidays: I will definitively return there next time in Wien. -
Location is good for public transport and bike rental as it is right across the street from the metro-station. Rooms re clean and staff was helpfull in finding a parking spot (4 km away in a P+R location) since we forgot to make a parking spot reservation. The P+R location was really cheap so we didn't really mind. The breakfast was okay.

I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.
I think it is the best hotel for this price.

Location is very convenient. The city center is 10 minutes away by tram and there is a train station around the corner with direct trains from / to the airport. (use regular train, and avoid the CAT, way too expansive !!)
Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Bed is very comfy. There is laundry and fitness facility! You need to call a number to schedule your ETA, etc and it's working well. People on the phone are very friendly.
