The manager, Peter, was wonderfully friendly, helpful and generous. The wonderful property was comfortable and well suited for a family with small children. Very clean and would stay here again. Had all the amenities of home but in Austria! Plenty of room for all of our belongings. -

The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground.
The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra.
My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

The hotel is ideally situtated, very close to everything (the subway, the great market Naschmarkt, shopping areas and tourist attractions).
