The location was great. The hotel was 5 minutes from train station for train to/from the airport. Also the trolley and subway were at the same station. Very good location - next to the U/S-Bahn stations. In 10 min you are next to the big attraction - the Wheel - symbol of Vienna. If you travel by bus from Student Agency it stops almost next to the hotel. In general everything was ok. Will come there again in December, but probably to Ibis Budget (because of prices). -

The staff was great- they speak wonderful English and decide client's problems as soon as possible. When we arrived it turned out that my booking was not in their system and I thought that it would result in spending a night outdoors but they immediately coped with the problem- we booked a room for 2 and the staff just gave us a room for 4 and we were the only people who stayed at that room)
