I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees.... One can easily forget it is in the centre of Vienna. Any time I enter the inner courtyard I feel to enter another world, full of peace and harmony. -

Spacious rooms in an old factory, which you see nicely at the courtyard. It's near two U-bahn (underground) stations, only 3 stops from e.g. Karlsplatz, and within walking distance/one or two stops from Schonbrunn, Naschmarkt, (gay) bars, Wien Westbahnhof (west station). Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Looks like completly newly renovated upon our visit in 2013, clean, staff speaks perfect engish and is very helpfull also on non-hotel quesions. Rooms are clean, carpeted, and sapcious enough. Really good hotel: friendly staff, clean rooms, no smells, comfortable prices. We stayed there more than one week and nobody bothered us when we were in the room, but when we returned back in the evening the room always looked like a new one. In the room we had tea pot with variety of teas and cofee. During checking out we received small gifts - a couple of bottles with apricot jam. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows.

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.
I think it is the best hotel for this price.

Apartments are located at 5 minute walk of the metro station Margariten Gürtel. The metro ride until Vienna's historical center takes about 5 minutes (3 to 4 stations).
