This is a lovely old-fashioned hotel, very well-decorated and furnished. It looks as if it has been recently refurbished (to a high standard). It is quite near the Westbahnhof railway station and within walking distance of the city centre. They gave me a bigger room than I had booked, at no extra price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.. - Ever

The Hotel is situated at an excellent location. U6, underground station Niederhofstrasse is in a 3 minutes walk from the hotel and a supermarket just across the hotel's entrance .
The room was big, really clean and it was tidied up by hotel staff every day.
The owner was really helpful and tended to all our needs.

Great value for money. Very tidy and spacious, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Didn't see any staff other than reception on arrival and departure. Good location - 7 minutes by tram to Sudbahnhof and 20 minutes to Ring-Kai-Ring tram. Excellent buffet breakfast. - i like the fact that the room was very large and the breakfast is ok.

could eat your breakfast. It was very clean and to a high standard. The
staff were really helpful with supplying fresh towels, storing luggage
etc. The deli at the local Bila supermarket was excellent. The

An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed.
