I stayed with a friend (only 2 persons), but the apartments are absolutely comfortable up to 6 persons (2 rooms with 2 beds in each and spacious living room with 2 sofa beds)! They are very clean and have all necessary things for comfort life! Even with opened windows there isn't noise from the street! Location is also nice - not far away from the center, but very close to public transport (but stop is opposite and it's needed only 3 stops to get to the metro station Keplerplats. Actually it's .

We had all we needed for reasonable price: all kitchenware (including a cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge, a kettle, all sorts of plates, glasses etc.), a clean bathroom, an iron, a hairdrier, a comfortable bedroom with a big bed, a sofa, a TV, an MP3 player. We went to the centre by tram No.1 - it was comfortable and fast enough and took about 15 minutes. We didn't eat in restorants around but there're many of them, but we went shopping in 3 supermarkets nereby (2 of them -. I liked everything, the staff was very friendly and willing to help at anytime, I liked the apartment, it was comfortable enough, even if were were 4 in the studio apartment, the kitchen was indeed fully equipped, we did not need anything more. It is true that we did not cooked, we ate only in the city the whole period, but if we wanted to cook something, we would have had enough things to do it. We also used the washing maching and there was detergent there, as well as an iron and a support . 1.Good staff helping and supporting on arrival and waiting when we reached apartment a little earlier than normal check in time. 2. one feels safe in the apartment. 3. can get fresh bread, coffee, in the small bakery cum shop which opens at five in the morning and remains open till 0930 pm. i think name was something like baklava*****. also there is a small pizza shop on the same street as the apartment. 4. kitchen is small but well equipped. 5. quiet apartment and very little noise 6. free. The area was great, in the block was a bakery, supermarket, bus stop and ATM. The apartment was ideal for a city visit clean with all you need. Area was quiet and we had no trouble at all. Mr. Gerard who did the check in for us was friendly and very polite and gave us the city map and guide us to some interested places in the city. The apartment is not very near from the underground (U), but still there is Bus No. 14A that will take you near by the (U) location. The apartment was very clean and spacious, all the appliances worked well. The location is good because there are bus stops and u-bahn nearby. Look for door of building number 57 on Hagengasse. This is parallel to Gudrun strasse when you get down from bus 14a. You can take this bus from Kepler Platz or next station on Metro. 2. apartment was on third floor and you need to carry all the luggage as there is no lift. Lots of stairs, we knew before we went and were prepared but there was over 90 to our apartment! Not for unfit. The uncomfortable things for us is that there was only one toilet available in the apartment, and we were a family of 6 people and 4 of us are children. The apartment was on the top floor which isn't very convinient if you have a lot of luggage. Was sure my mistake, but I ve noticed additional 35 euro fee for cleaning right after booking. Read carefully all booking details. Be mindful that this appartment is traditional Austrian classic style; there is no elevator/escalator. The parking is a matter of luck. It's too far from the city center. The neighbouhood is... hm... a little bit scary... It could be hard to find free parking place during work days There was not so clean floor under our bed I was missing wine opener. Some pictures not same house. Cleaning fee is rather a marketing strategy, instead of a guarnantee of perfect cleanliness, since wardrobe-tops and shelf-tops were dusty; everything else was clean. No iron, thats all :). The rest things were perfect. Finding a parking spot in the surrounding area is really difficult...All you need is luck!. Did not see many restaurants nearby, but it was easy to take tram into town instead. No place for drying of washed clothes. The apartment was on 4th floor and the building has no elevator. Studio apartment is not very comfortable for 4 adult persons. You must be ready that apartments stay in Turkish quarter, you can go to the center only by walk. No dishwasher. Apartments are in 5th and 7th Floor and quite difficult for us to manage our bags up and down.Do not recommend for senior or those that could not carry bags to higher floors. We are family of 4, but the room wasn't ready for us - the 2 other beds were closed; we had to wait for more sheets and towels. It is not as big as it looks in the photos. It is pretty dense for 4 people. No elevator. We were at the 4th floor. It is not easy with a lot of luggage. The location is not the best. Climbing 4 floors with luggage as there was no lift, not located near underground station, no fan in the room. no airconditioning or fans ,very hot inside, lot of stairs no lift and we booked for 4 adults and in the app there was only one bedroom for 4 pers we had to open the sofabed and another small bed which was half broken.
