The hotel room was quite spacious and included a couch. The room wasvery nicely decorated with antique furniture and hardwood herringbonefloors. The bed was comfortable and the room dark and quiet. Greatlocation, within walking distance or subway ride to a lot of sites.

Hotel was good, we only wanted to change room because we were at the last floor and had a slanting roof which we did not like. They said that the hotel was full so they could,nt change it.

Very convenient location for the main sites and underground. Breakfast very well organised and good choice on the buffet. Nice quiet room (511) on 5th floor with small balcony.

Traditional elegance (beautiful staircase) in the building; the room wasquite modern in decor and this worked well (upper floor level, with "Velux"-style window, so no view). Well positioned, within a walk (throughlovely parks and squares) from the town centre.

Somewhat surprised there was no room safe. (And also I think I'm correctin saying there was only one English/American tv channel, though luckilyit was a news channel ...again rather surprising for a hotel attractingthe international tourist). The "double bed" is in fact two single bedspushed close together, but they tend to start to drift apart ....!!

Excellent location, nice room.

Only problem was room became very hot in the evening/overnight - uncomfortable for sleeping. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

its close to the citycentre

no restaurants in the very close area to the hotel

Location - room was really big and confortable

The main hotel was really beautifull ... i was however given a room in the building next door for which you had to take a dirty hallway, not renovated - the roomdoor spyhole was so big that you could just look into the room from the outside.

More a problem with Austria generally, but smoking in public areas of the hotel is something I find unpleasant. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Room very spacious. Next to metro station (U2), city centre within walking distance or use strassenbahn (J). Staff very attentive and helpful. Many flyers of sights in hotel and offers for sightseeing tours.

No bath (only shower, drain bit stuck), limited amenities in room (only shampoo/showergel, no toothbrush / shaving kit / tissues etc)
