Location was wonderful, just several minutes on foot to the old city center. Wi-fi was great. The appartment was clean, safe and nice. A good value for money, really!.
The location is very centric, closer to the public transport and market places and restaurants, home is comfortable for a family of 4 and clean.

Parking was not free (as noted on the site). It was per usual rules in Vienna.
Kitchen was too small.
No free parking around apartment. Gaage cost you 40€ per night. Poor
light in the apartment due to unchanged bulbs Too strong heating sistem
with no adjustable option. Huge noise from the street during the night.
the information on letsbookhotel.com was not enough, the location should have been more detailed and the owner's contact number should have been written as well as it is a private apartment to help the renter reach it easily. It took us an hour to find the apartment while we were standing right in front of the building and we had to call letsbookhotel.com to reach the owner.
you can not park anywhere near by how it says on the web page. All parking spaces were full or only for 6 hours and that was big problem for us.

Не являюсь привередливым путешественником, но есть недостатки:
1) моль (или иные животные) которые летали и обитали возле окна
2) шикарная" полутороспальная кровать в шкафу купе (такой дизайн мне в новинку)
3) вонь - прокуренная квартира
4) аппартаменты находятся в офисном здании не предназначенном для жилья
За эти деньги луяше жить в отеле.
